The Action Learning Cycle is an excellent tool to review your team’s performance in 2018.
It‘s one of the best ways for open communication, problem solving and planning between team members. It also builds self responsibility, ownership and ‘buy in.’
My tip for Managers is don’t try and do a perfect job. When you ‘have a go’ you will learn from running the meeting. The learning comes from the doing! And then do it again!
If your team find the experience useful, we would then suggest the team do the Team Action Learning once a quarter. It can became the ‘norm’ and part of your culture.
