To get better results, do less but do it better!

Do you have challenges with getting everything done? Is your ‘to do’ list overwhelming and you feel like you are sinking? I have found when I am sinking my output drops and this impacts my confidence.

A few weeks ago we were working with one of our clients and this very topic was high on the agenda.

Our advice to the team was to stop. You need to change what you are doing.

The article linked below gives some excellent tips on how to create success and get results in your productivity and progression. And why is this important? We assume you want to achieve, have impact with your work and make a difference? And we assume you don’t want to work crazy hours all the time?

One of our favourite points from this article is to get rid of the ‘to do list’ and create a ‘success list.’

So if you’ve had enough and you want to achieve a different outcome to what you are getting now, you need to change. Change how you approach your work day, change how you plan and change trying to do everything.

It reminds us of one of our favourite quotes ‘If you change nothing, nothing will change.’
