Are you trying to change things in your life?

Now more than ever we are facing massive changes in our lives – how we work, how we cope with this health crisis which is impacting financially on so many and how we operate as a family.

For us here at SeeChange, this has bought on time to reflect about how we want to work, give to our clients and community and to generally live our lives.

Before this crisis really took hold several weeks ago, Tracy was working on creating change in her life.  And now more than ever this has become more relevant and real for me. This article was a great read to support what I’m doing.

It’s all about how we set our goals and the actions we take. The ripple effect, piggy backing and forming new habits are the key!

I’d also add that creating changes in our lives requires a really clear vision of what we are aiming for and then the clear commitments we make to achieve it.

And as I always say, ‘If you change nothing, nothing will change.’
