Often the response we receive to that question is ‘not much at all.’

Narelle D’Amico from Bundaberg Regional Council, wanted to support her leaders to lead the implementation of a new system – a big change for them and their teams.

So, she engaged us to develop a change leadership program for her leaders which included:
• Exploring what change leadership is
• Personal reflection on their change leadership journey
• Tools for their ‘change toolkit’
• Peer support and sharing of experiences
• Planning the application of skills and tools change project
• Reflecting on that application and identifying what they learnt from the experience
