How often do you stop and do nothing? Nothing. No phones, no TV. Just nothing.
Do you stop and give the mind and body a rest and time to recover and regenerate?
Maybe you grew up like we did with hard working parents who were always working hard. Sitting around wasn’t really an option. But it’s really good for you! Apart from physical and mental rest and recovery, apparently doing nothing helps with creativity and problem solving.
Sold! I’m going to regularly give this a go and not feel guilty about it.
