FAQ'S +
Why is it when I click on the tools I can’t open them?
You need to be a member to access the tools. Once you pay your membership you can access to all tools for the membership you have chosen. When you are a member, always make sure you Log In – then you can access the tools
Can I cancel my membership?
A month before the end of your twelve month subscription you will receive an email asking you if you want to renew your membership for the coming twelve months or if you would prefer to no longer subscribe. It is at this point it is up to you how you would like to proceed. Your membership is for 12 months – there is not an option to cancel within this 12 month period
What does my membership include?
By signing up as a SeeChange Online member, you will receive access to all the tools for 12 months, which also includes videos of Tracy and Maria demonstrating certain skills and presenting sessions in the similar style to our workshops . Business Members also receive a 30 % discount on Coaching support sessions with Tracy or Maria. You will be invited to renew your membership just prior to your anniversary joining date.
What are the benefits of being a member?
There are numerous benefits that link you to SeeChange far more than just attending workshops. There are benefits listed for each of the memberships on their respective pages.
How do I get rid of the boxes within the templates, after I have finished adding my information?
Simply highlight the area of the box, click on the border icon, and remove the borders.
Can I get a preview of tools that are available before I sign up to become a member?
Yes. On each membership page there is a ‘Free Tools’ button. When you click this you will be asked to provide your name and email address and three samples of tools will be sent to you so that you can see the style, layout and content of what it is that you will receive upon joining. Also if you watch the Introductory Video this will give you some more insight as to what the Membership consists of.
Will the number of tools increase throughout the year?
Yes. Every quarter new tools will be added. Also we have a button on the ‘Contact Us’ page called ‘Tool Suggestions’ which is a place where you can suggest other HR tools you would like to have access to in future. We review all the requests on a quarterly basis and add tools at the same time.
