How has 2019 been for you?
As we draw closer to the end of 2019, now is a good time to reflect on your year. What sort of year have you had? By taking ten minutes to reflect on 2019, you can set yourself up for a more rewarding and positive 2020.
Many of you may have heard us to refer to Keep, Stop, Start this year in our workshops. We think the following 3 questions are great to answer as an individual but also as a team.
As you answer the questions, you can choose to reflect on different parts of your life such as work/business, relationships, personal goals, health and your community:
What will you KEEP doing in 2020?
What will you STOP doing in 2020?
What will you START doing in 2020?
What I like about these 3 questions, is they are simple and they make us think. And to start something you might have to stop something!
