With many of us trying to either cope with lockdowns or hybrid work arrangements, staying connected as a team is so important. Apart from lockdowns, the SeeChange team has also been working apart for 5 months as we wait for our new office to be completed. Our Daily Huddles were always important, but they have become vital now as we have had learn to work as a team in a different way.
These are the 5 questions we each respond to and share in our Virtual Huddle every morning. Even if you do it twice a week, it keeps the connection happening.
The purpose is to share where we each are at. It’s not about problem solving or working through issues! That is arranged for another meeting post the huddle. And we keep it short and sweet – about 2 minutes of sharing for each team member.
