When going through personal changes, even though we work with change every day, it’s not always easy! There are often lots of ideas and thoughts that can be overwhelming.
Recently Tracy & Maria sat down with a coffee and listed responses to these two questions:
- What am we losing with this change?
- What will we gain with this change?
It was a really helpful exercise. And as we got on a roll, we were able to jot down other things we hadn’t thought of. Our heads now feel clearer and we’ve got some perspective.
So, if you are going through change right now, we can recommend taking the time to stop, answer these questions, and get your ideas down on paper.
